Tecnologias (LAQUATEC) foi implantado para dar suporte,
prioritariamente, {\`a}s pesquisas relacionadas aos temas:
qu{\'{\i}}mica da atmosfera, transfer{\^e}ncias de
esp{\'e}cies qu{\'{\i}}micas nas Interfaces de ecossistemas,
estudos da qualidade de corpos de {\'a}gua interiores e costeiros
e tecnologias ambientais, bem como deposi{\c{c}}{\~a}o e
emiss{\~a}o de esp{\'e}cies qu{\'{\i}}micas em diferentes
escalas geogr{\'a}ficas e ambientes. Com o objetivo de documentar
os diferentes protocolos anal{\'{\i}}ticos foi produzido este
documento com a meta de protocolar a determina{\c{c}}{\~a}o de
c{\'a}tions inorg{\^a}nicos em solu{\c{c}}{\~o}es aquosas,
oriundas das pesquisas ambientais desenvolvidas neste
laborat{\'o}rio utilizando-se um cromat{\'o}grafo
l{\'{\i}}quido de {\'{\i}}ons da marca Metrohm modelo 850
Professional IC usando-se a coluna de separa{\c{c}}{\~a}o de
c{\'a}tions Metrosep C4 100/4.0 mm e detec{\c{c}}{\~a}o
condutim{\'e}trica. ABSTRACT: The CCST/INPE´s Environmental
Biogeochemistry Research Laboratory (LAPBio) account with a
chemical laboratory infrastructure to determine chemical species
in environmental samples as well as facilities for collection and
preparation of these samples. This laboratory, named Laboratory of
Aerosols, Aqueous Solutions and Technologies (LAQUATEC) was
implemented to support, primarily, the research related to the
topics: atmospheric chemistry, chemical species transfers at the
ecosystem interfaces, water bodies quality studies in coastal and
inland zones, environmental technologies developments, as well as
chemical species deposition and emission at different geographical
scales and environments. With the goal of documenting the
different analytical protocol developed on this laboratory, this
document was produced to describe the determination of inorganic
cations in aqueous solutions from environmental samples. This
protocol was prepared at LAQUATEC using a liquid ionic
chromatograph from Metrohm model 850 Professional IC using for
cations separation a column Metrosep C4 100/4.0 mm and
condutimetric detection.",
